Quality control
Quality Control Unit and Laboratory Unit
Consisting of trained personnel who strive to control and maintain the quality indicators of the product to customers. In this regard, control is carried out in 3 stages:
- Control of incoming raw materials
- In-process control
- Final product control
1- Control of incoming raw materials:
Raw materials are sampled upon entering the factory and tested according to relevant standards. If approved, they are discharged into the relevant tanks.
Control of other incoming materials and parts is carried out by the laboratory department. It should be noted that laboratory equipment is continuously calibrated in reputable laboratories.
2- In-process control:
At this stage, samples are randomly taken from different parts of production and controlled.
3- Final product control:
At this stage, the final product is sampled and controlled and inspected in accordance with relevant standards in all aspects, including appearance control (packaging conditions), dimensional control (according to defined standards and parameters), and analysis control (laboratory and practical tests).
Objectives of the Quality Control Unit:
1- Maintaining and improving quality while optimizing energy consumption.
2- Planning and obtaining relevant scientific and technical certificates.
